Avocado Dip
2 cups mashed avocado ( 2 to 3 medium avocados )
2 tablespoons lemon juis
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove gralic,crushed
1 medium tomato, peeled and minced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
Yield: 3 Cups
